I am an experienced Coach, Trainer and Facilitator and have provided coaching within leadership and management roles over last 20 years whether this be for people finding work, working parents, with senior leaders to support them develop themselves and their teams, graduate interns, team members, students, business owners and coaches.

I have also worked as an internal coach within the public sector.

I am a qualified and accredited coach and have unique specialisms as a Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) Practitioner and Multiple Brains Integration Technique (mBIT) Certified Coach and Trainer as well as being a trained facilitator of Lego Serious Play and a qualified and experienced Lean Six Sigma practitioner.

I am passionate about people and their self-development and love to see people achieve the life that they wish to live whether that is by achieving personal or work-related goals.

I love to see people find fulfilment, grow their potential, make improvements, release their fears, and become their true awesomeing self.

As a keen learner, I invest time and resources into my own personal development to ensure that I can continue to build on my skills and knowledge to deliver truly transformative approaches to my clients. This includes attending workshops, additional courses, reading and attending supervision to help me uncover any blind spots.
